Ashley Straut –
Takes a few days to get used to but well worth it! I would buy again. Don’t have to use everyday once my posture improved.
Tony Fouler –
As many mentioned, the brace is not that comfortable. They straps burry into the underarms. However, it works. Whenever I have it on, I do find myself sitting more straight and having less neck and back tension. It take a while to get used to wearing this and wearing it consistently.

It is not comfy. I need help pulling my shoulders back and down due to for posture and muscle spasms. This posture corrector design puts pressure in the posterior cervical area. This causes me to extend my head and neck which is not a bad thing. It’s just not very comfortable at all.

I’ve been using this product since May 2020. I will make this clear. This product does improve your posture but you need to understand that this product is not a remedy/treatment for back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain, or hip pain. If you have suffering from any of these issues, please see a doctor. As for the product itself, I suggest you analyze your own posture and mobility habits. I personally have a history of moderate to severe bad back posture and have years of physical therapy, chiropractor, and personal trainers analyze and help with my posture. I have successful improve it without the need for any type of surgery.
Lisa Medina –
I like that this has room to fit without scratching the underside of your armpits.
Recommend purchase.
Paige Castillo –
The posture corrections works. I don’t understand why people are complaining about the discomfort. Of course it will be discomforting to wear a brace as it is a forceful way of correction, otherwise how will it work??
Lindsey Alvarez –
It works. Helps in a way when exercising
Amanda Bennett –
Easy to use by yourself. It is helping BUT it is killing my armpits. I am wearing a T-shirt and then the brace but the T-shirt is not helping. Anyone have suggestions!? Thanks

I just got my brace yesterday and wore it for about half an hour, so that’s where I’m coming from with this review.
My family have noticed my poor posture lately and have been commenting on it, so I’ve ordered a new chair for my home office, a lumbar support cushion for my chair at work, and this thing for when I’m not at either.
I’ve got a large torso and wide shoulders, so I wasn’t sure how long the straps should be; eventually I decided to put them on with only slightly lengthened straps from the default. They’re fairly strongly so, and they held my shoulders back in the proper posture without trouble. My family noticed immediately that I was standing straighter, so clearly they’re doing the job, and there wasn’t any noticeable discomfort from the relatively tight straps.
The backpainseal recommends wearing them for short periods until you get used to them, and I can see why: I wore them only half an hour because my shoulders were getting sore.
The fact of the muscle soreness suggests that my body is actually doing some of the work to hold my shoulders back (probably unconsciously), and that’s good news: it means my rear deltoids will actually be tightening up over time while wearing them, improving my posture even without the brace on. I don’t think this is the ideal solution for poor posture – barbell exercises for the chest and upper/lower back are the best solutions – but for anyone without time or access to a gym this is at lesat a reasonable alternative.
I can’t say how well this would help people with longterm injuries or chronic pain, as I don’t have either, but at least as far as a single wearing this product seems to be exactly what its advertised to be. I’ll update this review in a month or so, after I’ve worn it more.
EDIT: I’ve now had the brace for two weeks, and I can safely say that its much more comfortable to wear for longer periods now than it was at the beginning. I’ve restarted my weightlifting regimen, so it’s hard to say which has had more effect, but I’ve noticed myself automatically sitting up straight without having to consciously make myself do so. Obviously, this involves tensing muscles, so I have a little bit more soreness after long periods sitting with no back support than before, but that’s been fading as I become accustomed to it.

Nothing! For better posture

I felt a difference immediately after using it, but in the evening I had a pain in my lower back. I will use it again today. it takes a while to wear my hand doesn’t reach my back. It could have been made of a slightly thinner material. I will write the results, it’s only been 2 days now.
Chris Boltz –
I actually love it ! I have muscular dystrophy & mild scoliosis & this feels so good on my back the pain is less definitely a nice support & it’s quite comfortable but you should wear a shirt then put the brace over it because it bothers a bit under the armpit but with a shirt feels better. So yea overall I recommend !
Adam Nunaz –
This worked so fast! I’ve only worn it a couple of times but even after the first time I used it (only for about 15 minutes) my posture immediately improved even when I wasn’t wearing it anymore. I was only slightly disappointed because it’s not as small as I was expecting. It isn’t completely covered by most of the shirts I wear (it pops through the back of my collar) and it is a bit bulky. It also is a bit tight underneath the arms and leaves marks on me, but the results are so immediate and significant that I don’t mind the discomfort or the fact that it isn’t completely hidden under my clothes. The results are amazing!
Pattricia Cobigas –
It works it just isn’t very comfortable to me and it isn’t all that easy for me to get on and adjust.

I have a pinched nerve in my thoracic and was looking for immediate relief. I can’t take most OTC pain meds, so a brace was recommended. I purchased this one based on the strength of the reviews and it’s been a good buy. I’ve only used it for a couple of days but it worked immediately – I no longer have pain when sitting at my desk at work. The only drawbacks are that you can’t use it while sleeping, which is where I really need relief, and it’s REALLY hard to get it on correctly. The straps twist and pull off easily and it’s hard to get both sides on accurately. I recommend giving yourself 20 minutes or so extra just to get it on right if you need to wear it out anywhere. I find these downsides worth it, though, because this thing really does work.

I have degenerative disks in my neck (T3-T4) and its been mild to moderate to live with the last couple years. However recently something was making it worse, shooting pains in my mid and lower back. Stretching exercises were no longer working and I refuse to take pain meds. Luckily I happened across a medical report on shoulder rounding and older people hunching forward. I’m 58 and work on a computer 10 hours a day. So I wanted to try this support. Immediate pain relief, has really helped me get through a day at work pain free. I’m buying a couple more, so I can leave one at work and in my car, just in case. For me, this support brought much relief, and I am very happy with it. I am able to slip on and off each day, which keeps my Velcro settings the same each day.

For years, my right arm would have shoulder and back ache that would radiate from them. I’ve tried both patches and painkillers. My continual slouching while operating machinery and working suggested by a friend that it might be the result of poor posture.
At first, it was a little unsettling. This was due to my poor slump, not the posture corrector, which I am aware of. after only one day of use in conjunction with a fresh neck pillow. The discomfort actually subsided. The item is portable and simple to use. The straps were soft and comfortable enough to wear for 8 to 12 hours straight, especially the one that attaches to your underarm.
I heartily endorse this item!

Normally I don’t write reviews, but this posture corrector is just incredible. I’ve seen a decline in my posture as I get older (51). I sit at a desk all day at work and am beginning to get rounded shoulders and a slight hunchback. I did daily yoga in an effort to keep my shoulders open, but I didn’t see any improvement, and my upper back continued to hurt and feel stiff. I started using this posture corrector, and after only one week, I’ve seen a MASSIVE improvement. I began out slowly, doing 20 minutes many times a day. I am now working out for up to 90 minutes straight, and I am beginning to notice effects. Even after years of practise, I am now able to enter yoga positions that I have never been able to. I have considerably more room in my chest, upper back, and shoulders. I thought this was warping my body when I initially put it on, but when I glanced in the mirror, I was just standing up straight. At first, it’s fairly disconcerting, but wearing the brace and standing up straight now feels terrific. The most comfortable way to wear it, in my experience, is with a fitting long sleeve shirt (it will chafe your armpits in a tank top). If you’re unsure, just get it!
