This is a great compression belt for the money. I have several bulging discs in my lower back and had used my husband’s more expensive belt on occasion. Not wanting to fork out the hundreds of dollars for that type, I read the reviews for this belt and decided to give it a try. To be honest, it looks very much like the more expensive one. It is very well made. The only significant difference I’ve found between this one and the more expensive one Is that this one does not have a pressure gauge on the pump that shows how much pressure is being placed in the belt. The more expensive belt has a warning area on their gauge to alert when max pressure has been reached. For this belt, I just pumped until the belt felt tight. Just to be sure that I was in a good range, I attached the pump from the more expensive belt, and that gauge showed that the pressure in my belt was green/OK. When it’s time to take the belt off, this one comes with a small pick device to deflate the belt, unlike the more expensive belt. It is conveniently attached to the belt and held secure in a small pocket.
I’ve used this belt many times over the last 2 weeks and it does provide relief from the pain and spasms. For the money, you just can’t go wrong with this belt.

This pumps up so easily and really stretches my back out. I have lower back problems where I tend to hernia disc and get bulges very easily. When I’m in a lot of pain this helps so nerves are being pinched. I can’t wear it for very long because it starts to hurt after 30 or 40 minutes. I guess I need to build up wearing it longer. But it really does help when I’m wearing it.
